We hired Roge Plastering to patch/ repair and paint numerous decorative corbel brackets along the front exterior of our home that were damaged from a permanent holiday lighting installation. Rogelio responded promptly to our request. Estimate quickly followed, as well as scheduling the job. Rogelio is incredibly skilled and just a tremendous talent. He not only matched the texture and painted everything beautifully. He rolled back the clock and made our home look better than new. He also repaired the stucco trim along our garage and one window. His pricing was extremely fair and I would recommend Roge Plastering for any of your stucco and painting work.

The story behind these custom bi-fold doors built by Rogelio and Mark begins with a big box store blooper. The 46" by 96" closet doors were ordered in wood, but they arrived with mirrors. As you can see from the attached photo, the room's entry door would clash with mirrored doors and could be susceptible to damage when opened. So, we returned the unopened mirror doors, and despite the error not being ours, we were saddled with a $79 return fee...ouch!
Floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors are pricey and require a special order, and after the big box fiasco, I didn't want to risk another problem.
That's when Rogelio and Mark came up with the idea to build their own custom bi-fold doors, and at a fraction of what it would've cost via an HD order. The results were absitively spot on in every detail. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and grateful to Rogelio and Mark for their time, patience and expertise in building the doors.

We recently had underpinning work done to secure the foundation of our home. We had to find a company to repair broken stucco on two sides of the house and fix and paint multiple cracks in the interior drywall.
We were so happy to find Roge Plastering and Painting on Yelp! They answered the phone and came out the same day to give me an estimate. Rogelio and Mark Anthony explained the process, timeline, etc. and provided a very reasonable bid the very next day.
I can't say enough about the excellent work they did to repair and paint the stucco, fix all the cracks (which included plastering and texturing) in our hallway, living, dining and master bedroom, plus they re-caulked all the crown molding, baseboards, beams, and fireplace mantel. We also had them paint all of those rooms and now our home looks brand new! These guys are punctual, organized, clean and they do a great job of covering and protecting floors, furniture, cabinets, appliances, etc., which I totally appreciated! Furthermore, if they saw something needing repair, they fixed it without charging me extra-these guys are so nice! They more than exceeded my expectation and I would definitely use them again!

Rogelio was quick to reply with a quote and was able to come out to fix the plaster that had cracked around the base of our house after having our home underpinned. He was communicative through the process and he was thorough with the job and cleaned up after himself. His prices were great, but we could only afford 2 walls at the time. We'll be using him again in the spring to finish the rest of the house. Highly recommended. Thanks Rogelio!

Rogelio's quality of work and attention to detail is top-notch. He did a phenomenal job on our home project and greatly exceeded our expectations. Rogelio arrived punctually every morning at 8am, was a pleasure to work with, and was also fairly priced.
Our dining room had ugly wood panels covering even uglier wallpaper. Rogelio did the demo, drywall replacement, plastering, baseboard/trim replacement, and painting. He also removed two old wall heaters from our bathrooms and replaced them with new drywall, texture, and paint. You can't even tell that the wall had been worked on it matches so well.
Rogelio will be the first person we call when we have another project to do, and we highly recommend him for your next project as well.

I called Roge for some very large patches at my daughter's house. He answered right away, went to see the job the next day, and did the work a few days later. I have been in the trades most of my life and I am very picky. The stucco work could not have been better. Very difficult to match stucco on a fifty year old home, but they did it. I have never met Roge, but my daughter said they were professional and accomodationg (having to work around baby's nap time!)

We had a sliding glass door removed a small window removed and added a new 6' window. We called Roge to finish the stucco work-Roge was thorough and professional. Our windows passed inspection. He noticed one window was installed by our contractor incorrectly, so he removed and the installed it with the flashing installed correctly. We will definitely contact Roge again for our next window replacement and stucco work.

This is a long-awaited second review for Roge Plastering. I asked Raul and Rogelio to come by yet again to see if they could replace some stucco on the side of my house where we continuously have water intrusion when it rains. They came by as promised. They showed up on time and walked me through the project with their recommendations. Rogelio suggested that we remove all the stucco about two feet up, add weep screed, and replace all the vents that would help to divert water away from the house. I thought it was a great idea and he gave me more than a reasonable price.
Rogelio arrived the next day - early morning - and got straight to work. He literally worked his butt off. I don't think he took a break at all. He tore all the stucco off and showed me areas where my foundation and wood was still wet from last year. Unbelievable!
He put new paper, new metal weep screed, replaced all the vents, and added new stucco. The job took about three days. He even repaired the holes left from the various cable companies attaching their wires and equipment. This wasn't even contracted work, but he did it.
Once he was finished, I asked if he would leave me some of the stucco so I can fill some random holes on the outside of the house. He said he didn't have any left over. However, literally a week later, he brought and left a whole bucket just for me. Mind you, this is a bucket that costs between $50-$80. He spent $50-$80 of his own money to help me fill random small holes. I am willing to bet dollars to donuts that not one stucco contractor on yelp would do the same. That alone speaks to who they are as people and how they do business. I honestly will never do business with any other stucco contractors. They are my go-to going forward and I would highly recommend them for any job large or small.
The side of my house is absolutely perfect. You can barely tell the difference from the old to the new.

It was a pleasure working with Roge Plastering on our BBQ island stucco project. Raul was very responsive and friendly over the phone and both he and Rogelio visited our house shortly after we contacted them to look at the job and provide a quote on the spot (which was very competitive). They also provided pictures of design options prior to commencing work which we appreciated. Rogelio worked tirelessly to complete the job in a timely and professional manner on a hot day. We're very happy with the results. They respected COVID-19 guidelines and completed the project in a safe, physically-distant way. Rogelio and Raul have just established this business after working for larger plastering companies, which is why there are few reviews on this site and Nextdoor. I highly recommend Roge Plastering, whether it be a big or a small job.
